First Financial Bank is a regional bank serving individuals and businesses since 1863. They offer sophisticated yet flexible solutions for small business owners; however, an out-of-date web page led to confusion and poor conversion for new customers. We were tasked with developing an optimized user experience to better communicate offerings, improve on-site navigation, and create a more desirable place for customers to interact with the business banking brand.
