Project Overview
Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC) is the nonprofit real estate development and finance organization behind the transformation of downtown Cincinnati and Over-the-Rhine. Since 2003, they've invested over $2 billion in the urban core — restoring 210 buildings, creating 2,303 residential units, revitalizing 20 acres of civic space, and stewering some of the city's most beloved gathering places: Washington Park, Fountain Square, Memorial Hall, Ziegler Park, and more.
But 3CDC's work spans far beyond development. Clean & Safe operations, affordable and supportive housing, inclusive contracting, social services outreach, commercial leasing, and a full events calendar across their civic spaces — it's a portfolio as broad and layered as the city itself. Their website needed to hold all of it: a resource for residents, tenants, businesses, contractors, job seekers, and community members, unified under one clear, confident digital identity.
We partnered with 3CDC to redesign and develop a site that reflects the scale, purpose, and permanence of everything they've built.

Every Corner of Downtown
We organized a wide-ranging portfolio, housing, commercial, parking, events, into clear pathways for each type of visitor. Whether someone wants to rent an apartment, lease a storefront, or find a place to park, the journey is intuitive. The structure mirrors how people actually explore a city, making 3CDC's breadth feel navigable rather than overwhelming.

The Energy of an Urban Core
The interface channels the vibrancy of a revitalized downtown with bold visuals and a confident, modern design system. Strong photography puts 3CDC's spaces and events front and center. The result feels as dynamic and welcoming as the neighborhoods 3CDC has helped rebuild.
DEVELOPMENT
A Site as Dynamic as the City
We built a flexible platform capable of showcasing an evolving portfolio of projects, listings, and events. Interactive elements help visitors explore what's nearby, while the back end lets the 3CDC team keep everything current. The architecture supports the organization's continued growth across the urban core.
