Products,
not projects.

Projects are for fun. Products are for companies solving real problems. Products are a compilation of experiments, successes and failures, iterations, and improvements.

What we do

Our process

We cater our process to the specific needs of each client. Some start from scratch; others start somewhere down the line. Wherever your product stands, we can jump in at the right point to help make it even better.

Strategy and alignment sprint

A handful of services are considered and customized to each client. Design sprints, market research, tech audits, strategic planning, and user experience reviews are all part of strategy and alignment sprints.

1 Week Execution Sprint

Prototype & validation

Our strategy and production teams work with you to concept your idea and test it. We run weekly design sprints, reviews and usability / concept validation testing on any concept prior to investing further resources.

We plan the technical architecture, product road map, and any key metrics to prepare for initial sprints and releases.

1 - 2 Month Design and Testing Sprint

Core product release

Not quite an MVP (Minimal Viable Product), but a first release. We push your first release internally, privately, or publicly depending on your needs. We ship a product with core functionality and value with great UX - nothing more, nothing less. Think, "bare minimum to validate the idea quickly."

A core product release is a great option for the founder or product owner who is not ready for a long term engagement.
1 to 6 weeks prototyping and testing
3 to 6 months running agile product sprints

Long-term agile product team

A product is not a project. It is a long-term commitment to create and support a solution that scales, while continually optimizing its value and functionality. Consider us a startup team for hire. Our company is a full-stack product team, working stand-alone or collaboratively with your existing team. We manage the product roadmap through releases from every two-week sprint, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
